Work Performed: Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor & Shutoff Installation

Project Details: Our team recently completed the installation of a Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor & Shutoff for a customer who required this device to meet a requirement by Farmers Insurance. This involved a comprehensive rebuild of the customer’s water service to accommodate the new Moen Flo valve and meet their specific water management needs.

Scope of Work:

• Installed Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor & Shutoff valve.

• Rebuilt the main water service to include:

• New shutoff valve for rooftop sprinklers.

• Pressure-reducing valve.

• Isolation valve.

• Main house water shutoff.

• Replaced a small PVC section in the irrigation line ground box.

  
  

Outcome: After a thorough rebuild and installation, we tested the water service, ensuring it was free of leaks and fully operational. The system is now ready to monitor and protect against potential water issues, providing the customer with peace of mind and meeting their insurance requirements.
