Water Heater Replacement
Water heater replacement for a customer whose existing unit had reached the end of its lifespan
Project Update: Water Heater Replacement
We recently completed a water heater replacement for a customer whose existing unit had reached the end of its lifespan, with issues including leakage and failure to heat properly. After evaluating the options, the customer chose to install a new 50-gallon Rheem water heater.
Here's a breakdown of the work we performed:
Installation of a 50-Gallon Rheem Water Heater: We upgraded the system to a reliable and efficient model.
Gas Line Reconfiguration: This included adding a gas drip leg, gas valve, and gas supply line for safety and optimal function.
Hot Water Recirculation Line Reconfiguration: We installed a hose bib for draining the water heater and updated the water supply lines.
T&P Line Reconfiguration: Adjusted the temperature and pressure relief line for improved safety.
After installation, we thoroughly tested all water lines, gas lines, and the new water heater. Everything is operating smoothly with no leaks. The customer now has a dependable hot water solution in place!
