Welcome to the website of Evans Plumbing and Sewer Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or communicating with us in any way, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Evans Plumbing and Sewer Inc. provides residential and commercial plumbing services, including but not limited to:

  • Plumbing repairs and installations

  • Sewer and drain services

  • Water heater services

  • Leak detection and gas line repair

  • Membership plans and preventive maintenance

All services are subject to a formal estimate or invoice. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Service appointments can be requested online, by phone, or via email. All appointments are subject to confirmation and availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies, weather, or technician availability.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided are based on current conditions and visible issues. Additional costs may arise if hidden damage or complications are discovered during the work. Customers will be notified and must approve any changes before work continues.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks and cash. A finance charge of 1.75% per month (21% annually) may be applied to any unpaid balances. You are responsible for any collection costs, legal fees, or third-party collection agency fees.

5. Warranties

Most residential services come with a limited 30-day workmanship warranty. Warranty terms may vary by service and are listed on your invoice. Warranties do not cover:

  • Customer-supplied materials or parts

  • Pre-existing issues or conditions

  • Acts of God, vandalism, or unauthorized modifications

  • Work in commercial or multi-family dwellings unless specified

6. Membership Plans

Silver, Gold, and Platinum Memberships include benefits as described on our Membership page. Membership fees are billed monthly or annually. Members must remain in good standing to access discounts and benefits. Plans are non-transferable. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

7. SMS Notifications and Customer Communication

Opt-In Language for Customers:

Evans Plumbing and Sewer Inc. will collect verbal opt-ins from customers. Customers may opt in to receive SMS notifications (e.g., billing, appointment reminders, dispatch updates, job completion surveys) either in person or during a customer-initiated phone call. Upon first registration, customers will be asked for their phone number and informed about receiving text messages. They will also be notified of:

  • Possible message and data rates

  • Variable message frequency

  • Instructions to text HELP for support or STOP to unsubscribe

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. By using our services, you agree to hold us harmless for any property damages not directly caused by negligence. You are responsible for securing and protecting personal belongings, pets, and valuables during service visits.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope of work and issues involved.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
